Behaviour support practitioner
Hannah is one of our behaviour support practitioners in Sydney, a registered practitioner with a background in social work and mental health. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and has extensive experience supporting people with complex psychosocial and behavioural support needs across community, hospital and supported living settings.
Hannah has a particular interest in working with adults with complex needs, including mental health conditions, intellectual disability and complex social histories. She is especially passionate about supporting people through periods of transition: changes in accommodation, services or life roles, the moments where the right support matters most.
Hannah values compassionate, trauma informed practice, clear communication and genuine collaboration with families, support staff and multidisciplinary teams. She is known for her calm, reflective style, and for her ability to foster safety, trust and shared understanding in situations that may feel overwhelming.
